VITICULTURE / VINIFICATION
Vines that grow on shale soils were hand-harvested in
September and then selected manually, stripped and crushed at the cellars. Fermentation and the malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tank with
temperature control. The wine was aged in French oak
casks for a four month period.
